How to avoid dripping during the use of the fully automatic filling production line for edible oil:

1、 Check the mechanical problems of the fully automatic filling machine itself to determine if the ball valve inside the machine is damaged or not tight. If it is the cause of the internal ball valve, the best solution to the problem of the edible oil filling machine is to replace the internal ball valve. If the internal ball valve is damaged, it cannot be repaired and can only be replaced with a new one.

2、 Check if the O-ring is corroded or worn. If the O-ring is corroded or worn, it can also cause dripping in the filling machine. Therefore, if this is the case, it is recommended to replace the O-ring.

3、 Check the position of the material cylinder. Determine whether the material cylinder is in the middle position of the material cylinder bracket, and also check whether the piston and piston rod of the material cylinder are secure. If there is any looseness, please lock it tightly. If the position of the material cylinder problem changes, it needs to be reinstalled to confirm the correct position.

4、 Check if the syringe assembly is clean. If not cleaned, it may cause uncleanness, blockage, and jamming between the inner and outer tubes. The syringe needs to be disassembled, cleaned, and disinfected for maintenance.

5、 Check if the filling nozzle hole is intact. If the filling nozzle hole ruptures, the filling machine may experience dripping during operation. If the filling nozzle hole is broken, it needs to be replaced, and the use of other filling nozzle holes should be checked. If there is aging or corrosion, it should be replaced as soon as possible.

The dripping problem of the edible oil filling machine is neither big nor small.
